WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
· No prompts. No question at the top of the page, no three gratitudes, no mood scale. A prompt is somebody else's question, and the reason to keep a journal is your own — which is why almost every prompted journal is abandoned in the second week
· A margin down the outer edge for the second read: the thing you think about this day a week later. It is ruled on the same baselines as the page beside it, so the two read as one page rather than as two
· Every day page is numbered, and every section has an index with a written line beside each number. That is the difference between a journal and a stack of days — you can find the entry about the thing
· Undated, so it does not accuse you of the fortnight you missed
