Instant. After payment you get a download page holding every device edition of what you bought, and a link to it by email. There is no account and nothing to sign into. The page stays live, and when a file is improved it starts serving the new one.
Updates
Corrections and improvements are included, for as long as the template exists.
Returns
Files arrive instantly and cannot be handed back, so refunds are not offered as a matter of course. But if a file does not work on your device, tell me the device and the page: it gets corrected, or you get your money back.
