How it's made
What every file is tested against before it ships, and what is deliberately left off the page.
Drawn at your screen's size
Each device gets its own file at its own pixel dimensions, and every rule is snapped to a whole device pixel, so a two-pixel line draws as two solid pixels rather than three faint ones. Any thinner and e-ink breaks the line into dots. That is the floor every file is measured against.
Real millimetres
Ruling is measured in millimetres rather than in points that happen to look right on one screen. Six-millimetre ruled paper measures six millimetres on a reMarkable 2 at 226 pixels per inch, and on a Supernote at 300.
Every page one tap away
Indexes, breadcrumbs and arrows are generated, then checked against the finished PDF: no stranded pages, no dead links, and no tap target too small to hit reliably with a stylus.
Left-handed editions are redrawn
Not mirrored. The schedule column and its hour labels move across, so your writing hand rests on blank page rather than on the thing you are trying to read.
Colour is decoration, never information
On colour screens, colour fills areas and never draws lines: soft field fills, section bands, tab states. Everything structural stays ink, so the mono edition is the same page with the tint taken out and nothing lost. Both ship in the same download.
What is left off the page
No clinical threshold or score. No allowable stress, torque or tolerance. No tax rate, filing date or reporting threshold. No beats per minute against an Italian tempo term. No centimorgan range against a relationship. Those belong to your protocol, your code edition, your jurisdiction and your tool — and a printed number that disagrees with the one on your job is worse than an empty box. The column is there; the number is yours.
What is tested
Every file is checked by machine rather than by eye: geometry inside the safe area, tap-target size and overlap, line weight at the device's real resolution, colour agreement against the mono edition, page count against the specification, and the size of the download. One failure and the file does not go out.
